The Nakashima Revealed exhibit started as a semester long project for a group of designers. For weeks, we ideated the overall experience of the space and the visual idenitities. The concept of the exhibit was based on the real-life, daily use of all of the George Nakashima furniture featured in the exhibit. Therefore, a lot of the furniture was clustered within the exhibit space to show the daily interaction. As the design of the space was finalized at the ending of the semester, I was hired to help bring our design into realization in preparation for the exhibit opening.
