Working with the cookware company Calphalon, I developed a grilling accessory that infuses flavor into grilled food. This product was developed after my research determined the current trend of using liquids to flavor food. The finished cast iron product contains shallow grooves allowing for liquid flavor to evaporate as you grill. In addition, the product also has sauce dish wells that can be used on the grill or on the table.
