Working on a design strategy project for University of Pittsburgh Medical Center, I was a part of an interdisciplinary team that merged business, design, and technology to design a business. The goal of the project was to design a business for the home healthcare market. After doing extensive market research, our target market shifted to baby boomers and wellness drivers as the age demographic shifts. Our solution, Vivid, is a complete service system, addressing interactions between people to people, between people to technology, and between technology and technology.
